What counts as a product?

One active product record uses one product slot.

Sizes, colours, components and updated Passport versions stay attached to that product; they do not become extra billable products.

Can I try real products first?
Yes. Free supports 10 active products without a paid subscription.

Does an updated Passport use another Passport slot?
No. New versions stay with the same Passport and QR link.

Which plans include automatic translation?
Starter includes 500,000 automatic translation characters each month, Pro includes 1.5 million and Business includes 3 million. Free can still publish multilingual Passports using manual translation.

Which plans include integrations?
Pro and Business include one-way Shopify and WooCommerce catalogue integrations, the Madeivo API and signed webhooks. Enterprise includes the same built-in integrations, with custom limits, migration or additional integration work available by agreement. Free and Starter do not include API access or Shopify/WooCommerce sync.

Is Passport analytics an add-on?
No. Aggregate Passport analytics is included on every plan.

Which plans include custom branding?
Pro, Business and Enterprise can add an organisation brand name, logo and accent to newly published Passport versions and PDF exports. Each published version keeps the branding it had when published, so later account changes do not alter older versions.

Is GS1 Digital Link or PDF export an extra charge?
No. The core published Passport can use GS1 Digital Link when a GTIN is present, and published Passport versions can be downloaded as PDF on every standard plan.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Existing product data and published Passport history are kept. If your current usage is above the new plan limit, you will need to reduce usage or upgrade before adding more.

Does Madeivo add VAT?
No. Greyrock Enterprises Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT, so UK VAT is not added to self-service prices. If that changes, any applicable tax will be shown before you confirm a purchase.
