Who sets Madeivo cookies
Madeivo is a trading name of Greyrock Enterprises Ltd. Registered in England and Wales under company number 17445984. Registered office: 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
This notice covers storage and access technologies used directly by Madeivo. The external-services section explains what happens when you deliberately move to a service provided by another company.
Cookies and similar storage used by Madeivo
The table below describes Madeivo's configured first-party cookies. Cookie names and lifetimes are generated from the same application configuration used by the service.
| Name | Purpose | Status | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| madeivo-session | Maintains the application session used for sign-in and security-sensitive requests. | Essential | 120 minutes after the session becomes inactive |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Provides Laravel's CSRF token cookie so same-origin requests can be protected against cross-site request forgery. | Essential | 120 minutes after the session becomes inactive |
| madeivo_analytics_consent | Remembers the analytics choice you made so we do not ask on every page. | Preference / consent record | 365 days |
| madeivo_analytics_visitor | Provides an anonymous first-party visitor identifier for consented marketing-site journey analytics. | Optional analytics | 395 days |
| madeivo_analytics_session | Groups consented marketing-site activity into a short-lived analytics session. | Optional analytics | 30 minutes |
Essential and preference cookies
Madeivo uses session and security cookies to keep accounts signed in, protect form submissions and operate the service you request. The analytics-preference cookie records whether you chose essential only or allowed analytics. It is not used to measure your browsing activity.
Blocking the session or security cookies can stop sign-in and authenticated account features from working. Removing the preference cookie simply means Madeivo may ask for your analytics choice again.
First-party website analytics
Before you make a choice, Madeivo can count public marketing-page views in server-side aggregate statistics without setting an analytics identifier in your browser. Those aggregate statistics are used to understand and improve the website.
If you choose Allow analytics, Madeivo also sets the first-party visitor and short-lived session identifiers listed above. Those identifiers let us understand journeys, referral sources, UTM campaigns, device/browser categories and conversions such as signups or contact enquiries, so they are treated as optional and are not set before consent.
Madeivo does not use a third-party analytics provider, cross-site advertising identifiers, advertising cookies, browser fingerprinting or local storage for its marketing analytics. We do not persist raw IP addresses or full referrer URLs in this analytics dataset. Approximate country is recorded only when a trusted infrastructure country signal is configured.
Public Passport analytics
Published Passport views and Madeivo-generated QR scans use a separate server-side aggregate analytics system. It does not set a persistent visitor identifier or an analytics cookie and remains separate from the marketing-site visitor journeys described above.
Your analytics preference
Current preference: Not chosen.
You can change this preference at any time and refusing analytics is as easy as allowing it. Choosing essential only removes Madeivo's visitor and session analytics cookies from this browser and stops future consent-based journey analytics. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you changed your preference.
If our use of cookies changes
If Madeivo introduces a new non-essential purpose, a new third-party tracker or materially changes what an existing optional cookie does, we will update this notice and ask for fresh consent where the law requires it.
External services
Madeivo does not use a third-party provider for its own marketing-site analytics. If you follow a link to, or deliberately use, an external service such as Stripe-hosted billing or a connected integration, that provider's own site or service may use cookies or similar technologies under its own notice.
Managing cookies
You can remove or block cookies in your browser as well as using the Madeivo controls above. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use the authenticated workspace. See the Privacy notice for the lawful bases, retention periods and rights that apply to personal data.
