About Madeivo

The hard part of a DPP is getting the product information under control.

Madeivo is designed around that day-to-day job: bring the product record together, see what is missing, keep the evidence behind it, publish deliberately and keep the Passport current.

The software should deal with the structure in the background. A customer should not need to learn database language or DPP infrastructure just to add a jacket, chair or battery.

Why smaller businesses?

Enterprise software is not the only answer

A small brand can still need good product records and published Passports without wanting a consultancy programme, integration project or specialist data team.

Product principle

Show people the job, not the plumbing

Customer-facing screens should talk about products, materials, suppliers, documents and publishing. The technical controls can exist underneath without becoming the interface.

How we build

A few rules we want the product to keep.

Plain language

Describe what the person needs to do next.

Supporting documents

Keep source documents with the information they support.

Safe updates

Keep earlier published versions when information changes.

Relevant screens

Only show extra product sections when they are actually useful.

Building product Passports for a small catalogue?

We want to hear where the workflow still feels harder than it should.
